Was just searching on ebay for a jet kit. I'm planning on eventually putting a FMF PC4, a TwinAir air filter, and trimming the snorkel down. So, I came across the sigma6 stage 1-3 complete carb kit. Appearently, the company will send whatever jets and setting recommendations are required for each mod...

Hi guys,Finally got a chance to take my ttr out for the first time properly yesterday. As the title goes how much vibration comes through the seat of your TTR's, due to lower back and hip issues I am finding it increasingly more painful to ride the wee Yam. having not owned a single for years I'm not sure how much to expect, I really like my TTR and don't want to get rid of it but I am struggli...

Hello everybody, first post here. I have just bought my first TTR250 with the intention of touring around Australia on it. Having just arrived back in the country, and still being used to european bike prices, I may have gone a little too cheap on the bike I bought. And particularly I think I wasn't obse...
I felt a lot better this morning so joined Trev for another short recce this morning to look at some of the lanes Trev & Bob didn't manage to ride on Friday. First lane of the day was my local (Muddy Lane). The swamp has turned it into a bit of a 'mare. It needs someone with waders and willing to go in on the...
Hi I'm Markus and a new member of the forum. Managed to find a very clean and perfectly maintained and tastefully modified 2004 TTR but, horror of horrors, it's (finally) going to get dirty (destined to live in France to explore the Poitou Charente countryside). I've already had fun stripping off th...

I was supposed to go out for a trail ride with my brother Trev yesterday but was feeling a bit rough and backed out. Trev went with our septuagenarian mate Bob instead. At 72 years old, is Bob the oldest regular trail rider using a TTR250? I am hoping Trev will be along later to tell some tales of derring do...
Beautiful muddy riding today, I enjoy the pics you guys post from all over the place so I'll chip one in from the northwest US (Shotgun Creek OHV area to be exact). No pics of the muddy jungle, it was so bad I had to use both hands the whole time. Pic 1 would be a view of the "3 Sisters," if I had a be...
I'm looking at these Zacspeed chest protector backpacks and they look nice, but I wish they were cheaper. Wearing a usual pack with a usual roost guard isn't very comfortable so I end up riding trail unprotected too often. Does any one use the Zacspeed or something similar? Any one figure out a good...
