Gday, I have a Raid-95 Dark Green 4GY5 and it has started leaking oil out the bottom of the barrel. It looks like the gasket is shagged. I am wanting to know if I can pull the barrel and head off with out removing the motor from the frame.  Also does any one know where I can download a workshop manual for it. Cheers

Are you sure it's leaking from the base of the barrel? Sometimes the oil from a leaking decomp plug can work its way down and appear to show a leak from that area.

Yes, it's entirely possible to get the head and barrel off with the engine in the frame - see here
