HI I have just rebuilt my carb and fitted a new diaphragm . when i operate the throttle arm there is no jet of fuel coming out. the small jet was blocked. but it seem to be clear now. the diaphragm seems to be pumping ok but no fuel comes out, could it be the check vale, is there any way to test them. any help much...
