Hi Does anybody know the paint colour or code for the frame for 2005 model? Just stripped everything for a good clean and have an overwhelming urge to touch frame up!! Nothing bad just a few scuff marks etc Many Thanks Steve

I'm talking about the two bolts that secure the exhaust to the frame. The OEM bolt (with the horrible hex key head) is apparently 90109-082G0-00 but is marked as obsolete. So what are we suppose to use? The equivalent bolt on the WR250R 95024-10016-00 looks the same except with a normal hex head. Anyon...

Hi again, can anyone tell me what the red and black wire coming out of the speedo assembly is supposed to attach to? Mine has been cut, also it doesnt have a clutch switch. Could this be it? Cheers, Benny

A customer reported a problem with the first of a batch of header pipes recently made up. It fouled the frame down tube and wouldn't tighten up against the gasket in the exhaust port. I took the rest of the batch back to the fabricators this morning and they couldn't find a problem as they fitted their jig...

Is 100 watts too much for a TTR250's electrical system? I'd be putting it in a fixture made for this wattage. I am currently running a 55 watt bulb with no issues.
