Help! What size is the front sprocket nut?

Noticed today when I had the bike at tdc the marks on the cam gear didn't line up flush with the head. See pic: does this mean the cam chains stretched? Thanks dave -- Edited by Truxx on Monday 18th of August 2014 08:24:06 PM

I have been trying to put some running in miles on my latest refurb and this has been helped by the lovely weather here in SW of the UK However, things started to go pear shaped on the way home from a ride and the TTR started misfiring and cutting out at the most inconvenient places. It got me really worried...

I have tried fitting an additional washer under the circlip to ensure the 3 prong washer sits tight down on the drive ring. There was no washer fitted when I first had the bike....

Hi there folks, I'm new to the forum, and looking to get a TTR250. Started riding a long (very long) time ago, and then packed it all in. Had a Tiger cub when I was a nipper, then much later went through a spell with a DT175, and later an XJ550. Thought the TTR would be a good one to get back to it all with. Great f...

Managed to escape my on call work roster for a few hours this afternoon and get out on the TTR and enjoy some winter sun.

I'm converting my Blue (USA) TT250R for on road use and need to design brackets to hold the flashers. I want to buy already made ones, and wonder if anyone would have them handy from a European TTR. Tkx

Does anyone know where I can get a new coil+lead+plug cap from in the UK? Brian doesn't seem to list them and I can't find one online. Alternative fitments also fine, doesn't need to be original just reliable. Thanks, Mark

OK I'm talking about my newly acquired TTR 250 winter project (started early). I need the lowering link if anybody's got one. Yep I know I just missed one on ebay (aagghh). Also need a rear right side panel (it's a blue 2004 bike). Keith 07889086245

G'day All, I've just realised my '94 Raid is a Japanese market machine. I read in the project lemon thread his bike has grease nipples on the swing arm pivots etc. I'm wondering if there are any other differences I should be aware of? Does this have the potential to make buying parts a nightmare?

Than...
