I just took these out of a carb that I put back to UK (blue) standard 147/50 jetting. The pilot jet is a 48 measuring 18mm long and 5mm wide - I am pretty sure its a standard Tekei/Yamaha part. Just pulled my ign switch apart . Cleaned up the contacts .turned the center bridge 180degrees put all back together and all good . All done in about 20 mins
So a few days after if filled by bike with water (got it out now running) she started ticking. The cam chain doesnt have much play and is tight. and it starts right up so I dont think its the valves. But what do I know.. Just so many problems after she took in water
