There was a disc guard went very cheaply on eBay a few days ago - see here

I did manage to get hold of a new after-market disc and fork guard set many months ago but it was the last of my suppliers stock and they haven't had them back in since cry

Not seen a s/h RH fork guard for sale for years!

So not optimistic...
