My 'new to me' TTR 350 arrived with a 14/48 sprocket combination. I am wondering if this is the best set up for me: mostly riding off the tarmac, but an annual trip abroad requires the bike to be able to do reasonable speeds on the tarmac. Any advice would be gratefully received.

The original 44 tooth rear sprocket was removed before the ttr left the dealer new I still have the 44 tooth sprocket never used it any feed back I have a few long days planned Always had a 48 on the back

I fitted a new chain and sprockets from the guys at Totally TTRs 6'ish months ago, fair bit of green landing done since. Chain seems to be wearing on something, any pointers please? The remaining links also show signs of wear, but not as bad as the link split pin.

I had the bike up on the stand yesterday and I put it in first gear to spray the chain lube on. While it was in gear I noticed that the chain was jumping at the front sprocket. Is the chain to stif or to lose maybe, or is this normal?

jst installed a 525 chain with 14/42T on a 1993 OE TTR. Bike ride fines but creates a chain dragging noise on the chain guard on the lower side.. any suggestion for a good chain size and sprocket?

Hello guys, I just changed my 1996 raid from 14 44 to 13 48. The new power is great and all, but now the digital odometer is giving out false numbers (bigger than the real speed) due to new ratio. Is there any way to adjust it for my new ratio? Thanks.

One of the comments on the facebook page said they used the same internal gears on the 250 as in the 125 which this bike is.
