New exhaust what jets to use/

i am looking at upgrading my stock 2006 exhaust with a lighter and maybe quieter fmf q4 exhaust. I live at 3500 ft above sea level and ride up to 6000ft. should i change my main and pilot jet? and to what? thanks

Hello today when riding home from work the bolt that holds the rear brake foot pedal snapped :( Has anyone had this problem before? what do you think i should do to fix this?
