few days back when i tried to start the bike it wont start but all the electronics are working, when i checked the battery box i noticed that the secoundary fuse is a bit vobbely then i notices that the fuse cover is meltel but the fuses are still in tact. same thing has happend with the main fuse. when i recharged the battery and with new fuused plug it back it started and didnt had any problem. then i didnt ride for few days and today it wont start again and the fuses are ok too

any ideas why the fuses would melt but not blow out?

Are you sure that your bike's got two fuses? confuse

Mine has a main fuse only, but it also has a holder for a spare fuse just in case. Both are close to each other, next to the battery.

ya maybe because its a raid. one 10 amp and one 15 amp. 10 amp is the one from the coil i think because ones its blown the battery wont charge, and the other is the main

the fuse cover melted because there was a poor (loose or dirty) connection to the fuse.
that would also mean the circuit being protected by the fuse would suffer a voltage drop.
