OK if you live in OZ but to import them into the UK the frame guards would be $115 + $40 shipping. That's £100.42 at current exchange rates. Add on import VAT and Parcel Farce charges and you get to a massive £129 cry

Works Connection used to make some very nice frame guards but they are no longer available The last pair I had in stock are on their way to the US today. They were a more affordable £65 inc UK p&p.

I am in touch with a couple of manufacturers to get some prices but it would require a big initial investment. One manufacturer says that his minimum run would be a 100 blankstare

Watch this space!

I think it would be a good idea if you could get a stock of these as they do appear to be a bit thin on the ground. They would be a very usefull addition to your already impressive list of items on Totallyttr site

Good luck

Hmmmm - maybe the deal I have on the table isn't too bad then. I reckon I can get them made and shipped over to the UK and still make a profit if I sell them at £60 a pair - which I thought was quite expensive.....

Hey Guys, I just read this post and I have those on my TTR, and a B&B bashplate, I thought the frame guards were standard on the TTR's, the right hand one is great, protects the rear brake assembly really well and left side one protects the Rear brake resevour etc, if they weren't there I would probably make something up, I think there worthwhile but not at 129 pounds.

If anyone is interested I will make a pattern for you and set them up on A4 pages as a PDF, you can print them out and make your own

Cheers
BMSteve

I would really appreciate a copy of that as I have been looking at making my own frame guards and that would really help me! Adam.

What metal and thickness did you use or would you recommend using?
