help please bike "chokes" over a certain incline

Gday Folks . Soaked & cleaned out the carby recently. All good but now when i ride up & over a certain incline (about 30 degrees) the bike starts "choking". Any suggestions really appreciated (even fat jokes accepted ha ha)

control the float level

funny rattlyolddt , yep it chokes all the way down in 1st gear , any ideas on how to fix it ?
