Although i still used the new ones & kept these. They were removed from a 2005 model TTR250. This is a pic of the h...

Just been doing a bit of research on wheels that will interchange with TTR250's and I think I have found a suitable match. I am still uncertain but it all seems that WR's from 1992~1996 will fit TTR's. Whether or not special spacers would have to be made is anyone's guess, but so far so good. I am hoping so...

I am having a bit of a tidy up and trying to make some space! This tank came with a load of OE spares I bought. The previous owner was going to renovate his OE but, in the end, gave up the project and sold his TTR and all his spares. He had repaired the usual leak spot with fibreglass and it looks a strong repair -...
Hi I have just joined the forum and have been having a good look round for sprocket/chain info but haven't found anything that matches the setup on my bike. It's a 1994 Raid (4GY3) with an 18T front sprocket, 57T rear sprocket and what I take to be a 428 -134 chain. The chain needs replacing and I guess I s...

The 2009 bike that was very rough when purchased was missing the top bracket for retaining the front brake hose. I purchased a bracket locally (Australia) but am I am unsure just how it should be fixed to the triple tree clamp or what a round hole in it is for. Refer to photo. Your help will be greatly appre...
Has anyone got either (or both) of these brackets they would like to sell please? Maybe you have changed your headlight and have the brackets tucked away somewhere Please PM me if you can help. Many thanks Brian
Its maybe a a copy of a GYTR tailpipe. I was going to try and repack it but when i pulled it apart it was impossible with out cutting a weld i think. Also the porferated inner pipe is only 70% the length of the muffler. Think i will take it to a muffler shop and see what he reckons. -- Edited by Cubber on Friday 2...

I am looking at purchasing a used trail bike (Yamaha TTR-250) and would like to know whether they can be tampered with to adjust the reading on the odometer (either disconnected, rolled back or replaced). I would also like to know how many kilometers these bikes can do before they start to see serious p...
It was pointed out to me that my forks appear to have been dropped through the yolks leaving about 2.5-3 cm of the top of the fork tubes exposed. Have they been dropped through or is that the standard set up? From watching racing I have the most basic of understanding as to why this may be done but had never t...
