hi, im buying a new piston 73.95mm, Question is what size do i rebore my cylinder to?

The clearance is about 0.05mm but what you should be doing is giving your new piston to the engineer and he will bore to the correct size for it.

Cheers Bri, Its my brother who's doing it and hes a mechanic. Ill be ordering the piston kit soon, what i do need is valve stem seals

Sounds like you are in safe hands Gary biggrin

We can supply the genuine Yamaha valve stem oil seals from stock if your bro' can't source them - £22 for the four. Also gasket sets - see here
