Hi everyone, I just bought a TTR 250 and I need to lower it. I am going to fit a kouba link (and scoop out the seat). I am wondering if the bike would handle best if I also fit handlebar risers, so that I can lower further the front forks? I have been lowering many bikes over the years (starting with my 2 Versy...

I bought some Aprilia RS125 three spoke wheels, because they're cheap and I'm poor at the minute, to fit to my TTR. I guessed from experience (having fitted the later Y-spoke wheels to a WR200) that the hubs would be skinny enough to fit in the TTR forks and swingarm and I was right- phew! You will also be a...

Wanted to know if anyone could point me in the direction of some electrical specs. I'll be wiring a horn and H4 headlight into my bike as part of the process of making it street legal. I'd like to wire it up to an ignition killed harness instead of tying it all into the battery. Any experienced advice...

Gents: IF I take the time to add grease zerks to the rear shock tri-linkage (2002 ttr 250), will I be able to reach the zerks to grease them assuming I put the zerks in the center on the top of the tri-arm. Ingredients - one FMF pipe, 2 Rivnuts, 2 spacers and a heat guard from a US exhaust. Robin Webb is planning a trip down the Western Sahara and is aiming for a 1,000km range - about 44 litres of fuel. He needs to add spare fuel cans but to keep them away from the hot exhaust. This is his clever solution: You can...
