Hyperpro progressive rear shock spring

Hi Just wondering if the shocks from the 2004 onwards bike are same as early open enduros, found a progressive rear spring from Hyperpro to fit but says only for 2004 onwards. Thanks Sam.

Tight fuel line.

Does anyone have this problem. Ive removed my tank 3 times in the last 3 months. Everytime its a "Drama " to remove the fuel line either off the tank or the carby. I tried abit of grease on the carby end which didnt help.

Cardboard Bashplate

Found a local aluminin welder. i cant take the TTR to him so he wanted a template. There is wire taped inside to to keep basic shape. He said he can do a couple of spot welds then i can take it to try on the bike bending it alittle. Hope to have it done in a few weeks. Will post a photo when completed.

Just been doing a bit of research on wheels that will interchange with TTR250's and I think I have found a suitable match.
