one week on
(Preview)
Its one week since I picked up the ttr, it's taking a bit of getting used to as it's years since I rode a trail bike. I'm only using it on the road at the moment, the biggest shock are the mitas tyres. The bike wallows around a bit but they do grip the road quite well. Getting used to the power is interesting as m...

(Preview)
Hi. I'm currently taking lessons and will be taking my test soon so its time to decide which bike I want to buy. Most of my riding will be on tarmac or gravel and will be the odd commute to work and just exploring the countryside where I live. I don't have any plans to off road in particular but I'm not ruling...

Lucky American owners!

I just had a quick look at eBay and there are a lot of new listings from the US for tank, wheels, swing arm etc. Very very cheap compared to UK prices. Shame shipping and import VAT etc to the UK would kill a deal I guess there will be an increasing number of TTRs in the States being parted out and it can only ge...

Wheels from WR's 1992~1996 may fit TTR250???
(Preview)
Just been doing a bit of research on wheels that will interchange with TTR250's and I think I have found a suitable match. I am still uncertain but it all seems that WR's from 1992~1996 will fit TTR's. Whether or not special spacers would have to be made is anyone's guess, but so far so good. I am hoping so...

Serow / TTR250

The Serow bike compared to the TTR occasionally crops up on this forum. Having personally started green laning on the Serow a few years ago I later moved to the TTR.
