Tight fuel line.

Does anyone have this problem. Ive removed my tank 3 times in the last 3 months. Everytime its a "Drama " to remove the fuel line either off the tank or the carby. I tried abit of grease on the carby end which didnt help.

Cardboard Bashplate

Found a local aluminin welder. i cant take the TTR to him so he wanted a template. There is wire taped inside to to keep basic shape. He said he can do a couple of spot welds then i can take it to try on the bike bending it alittle. Hope to have it done in a few weeks. Will post a photo when completed.

Just been doing a bit of research on wheels that will interchange with TTR250's and I think I have found a suitable match. I am still uncertain but it all seems that WR's from 1992~1996 will fit TTR's. Whether or not special spacers would have to be made is anyone's guess, but so far so good. I am hoping so...
