My rear gear lever appears to have developed a reasonable amount of play on it, side to side and now rests nearer to the engine than I would like for my foot to "find" the lever I've just had it apart and it seems loose in the mounting hole - any ideas on how to sort this/what bits I need to replace...

I haven't got any rim locks, but guess they would be a good idea, I have a couple of rubber bungs- so: Do I just buy some locks and they are really straight forward to attach? Has anyone had to replace the electrics under the seat ? the wirers that are under the seat that run from the rear of the bike to the core appear to have been damaged by wet and mud . I was curious to how differcult this would be ?? cheers Rich
