In an effort to quiet down my after-market exhaust system, I have inserted a copper grill scrubber into the end of the muffler. I was also hoping to reduce the flow and help the bike run a little smoother. (She seems to prefer to run with the choke on a bit.) If the bike is not running poorly with this add...

My side stand can be a real pain to kick down/up again. I've dismantled the linkage, greased it and nipped it back up. It continues to misbehave! Seems it needs a bearing or something for it to work properly, don't have this problem on my DRZ or CBR600, or any other bike I've owned. Ideas please?

First of all, I really like my new (to me) 2000 TTR-250. But, is there a modern, small bike on which this is a more difficult task to do well? First of all, little bay in which the plug is placed is a terrific place to collect dirt leaves, small rocks, sand, etc. Second, you can't see what is there to make su...

Is the polisport item a viable UPgrade or is it the SAMEgrade. I mean is it much brighter?? My friends have polisport lights on KTMs but there 100w, I noticed the polisport item is the same wattage as standard. Any other suggestions?? I have an Open Enduro BTW.

My rear gear lever appears to have developed a reasonable amount of play on it, side to side and now rests nearer to the engine than I would like for my foot to "find" the lever I've just had it apart and it seems loose in the mounting hole - any ideas on how to sort this/what bits I need to replace...

I recently bought a TTR that had starter gear problems and was kickstart only. Do I need a certain size (s) Can I really muff it up as I'm not sure really what I'm doing. Thanks as ever
