front caliper commonality

My front caliper is completely shot so am on the hunt. Does anyone know what others share the caliper?

LOL - I look forward to a rush of Xmas order then wink

I will have a look at the calipers I have in stock. My difficulty is in knowing how good they are and I guess I can only check by putting them on a bike.

What's happened to yours - is it not repairable with new piston seals?

The pistons them selves are shot along with some knackered bolts. Looks like the bike lived a hard life on the trail and in the garage!!

Yes I think Brian is correct it appears to be used only on the TTR but all years which is good as you may be able to get a second hand one if your lucky

Ho hum. Theres a couple on ebay. I assume the blue ones are the same as the white?

Yep - thewy are the same but it's likely that the "younger" ones from a blue TTR are less worn/corroded - although not necessarily so!
