with lock down relieved me and mate managed to get out on a few green lanes in Northamptonshire yesterday. Bone dry but still great fun. Saw quite a few other bikers and a 4x4 Suzuki. Great time. Neil.
G'Day, just joined the forum. I recently bought a little TTR 250 and am looking forward to having heaps of fun with it. It's not as flash as the ones shown on this page but I hope to get a good sticker kit and clean her up a bit.
Hi Team, I am not new to this forum, I had posted a while back that my rear shock keeps leaking after repairing it. Lasts a few weeks after I install a new seal head bought from Totally TTR. After riding for a month or so it starts leaking again. I have followed through the manual for repairing(shock repai...

Just the normal wearing on the bottom edge. I will take some better photos in the next couple of days I'm after £50 delivered or you can coll...
Hi. Thought I'd show you some pics of my coronavirus tinkering. Since I can't ride the trails I thought it an excellent opportunity to stop the rust taking over the back of my TTR. Had it not been for lockdown I'd probably not have bothered as I prefer to be out riding on a day off than being off the road bec...

Hi AllJust thought I would put a post- up about deliveries. In these unprecedented times the strain on the couriers and Post Office has been immense with some reporting receiving and delivering more parcels than at Christmas. Coupled with absenteeism due to the Corona virus we have found it very cha...
Got out today on the TTR, no rain but not real warm over the ridge. Rode out to the Barossa valley near Lyndoch, nice windy dirt / gravel roads. Nice & green & getting used to the Adventure tyres but even though they are great on the blacktop I don't know if I would fit them again, the idea was to kee...
Hi All I have an oil seal that is leaking oil out and I have tracked it down to the Push Lever assembly seal. Does any one have a step by set instruction or video on this . I have the manual which touches on engine assembly (page 4-48) but doesn't go into just the seal replacement. ie first stage remove gene...
Hi my 250 Ttr250 is fitted with the raid headlight. cant see a front sidelight, or a fitment for one, does it need one for a mot ? . rear works fine but baffling me why the front end don’t have one. cheers.
Hi folks, Last MOT I got a verbal advisory to sort out the rear brake pedal as it wiggles on the shaft on the frame. I get the feeling the pedal should be held in place by a circlip or similar. Unfortunately on my bike one of the previous owners has welded a washer on to the shaft to keep the pedal in place. Befo...
I tend to leave the bike I'm the shed on windy days but went out for a few hours to see if the burnt forests have had some track cleared Didn't take long to get an answer between the fires and a month of lockdown the forest Is taking its tracks back . Lot of detours around fallen trees and a lot of them still goo...
You may have noticed that I have been a bit quiet lately. This is because I have been quietly working away in the garage on a very nice TTR250. I am just back from the MOT station with a new certificate so it's now going up for sale to make room for my other projects including my frame-up 350 build. Regardin...

Well after 16hrs of rain since yesterday I thought to leave the TTR at home & take the WRR out as it has brand new MT21's, combo of gravel roads which are much better damp, summer tracks & dirt roads
