Newbie. Bike. Dies when your flat out for more than a min or so , seems. Like it’s running out. Of fuel but then starts up again and runs fine but soon as your top speed same happens again please help?

Hi team, What would cause the clutch unit to look like it was burning up? See attached photos, I had opened it up few months ago to add a new set of clutch plates then after a while that is the look I get on the clutch plates. Please advise. Kind Regards

Hi As above, if I set the clock and reset the trips, after the ignition is switched off and on again the clocks reading 1-00 & the trip shows 51 A&B . Is there a backup battery in the unit somewhere that holds the info or do I need a new unit.
