Bit shocked at the price of new ones so having vinyl wrapped a zzr in the past I ordered a sheet of blue carbon to see how it could look. Total cost £20 deliVerde for enough to do this twice... Oh and the sun...

Hi all, I decided to get a brand new shock ready for an exended trip so the old unit is now for sale in Northamptonshire. The starter has been acting up for a while. Needing rocking in gear then would work. Took it apart and found sticky brushes. Now replaced from Steve. Quite a simple and worthwhile job. Slightly confusing is that the headlight is now brighter????
Hi, I seem to remember a full stripdown and rebuild a while ago including pictures of the main bearings being replaced. I cannot find it right now. Please can someone send me a link to it if is is still available? Cheers. Mike
