I have been in contact with Hagon Shocks about them developing a rear shock for the TTR for a while now. Today I dropped my bike off for the work to begin. how lean to the TTRs run after installing an exhaust & airbox mod? I took the Bike for a quick ride & it didn’t sound like it was running lean, not sure if I’ll get a bigger jet insulation done before a ride next weeken, I wonder how hot they do run when they are in the leaner side….any thoughts?

Any ideas on Spring rate calculations? I’m prob just under 75kg with full gear, I’m running a 20L tank, & max 20kg luggage with tools / spares. I’m going to work on 100kg - 105kg rider weigh, what rates for the springs you think are the ideal rate? cheers

I am very pleased with my 02 street legal TTR250.....with one exception. The forks are way too soft. The front end dives when you touch the front brake. I was told to run 4psi and that is what I am running. Can I buy spacers to make the springs stiffer, or buy stiffer springs? Thanks!
