Heavy rider around 105 to 110 kg, and I travel with estimate 15kg of kit, it's fair to say that I'm heavy for the stock setup. I have been in contact with Hagon Shocks about them developing a rear shock for the TTR for a while now. Today I dropped my bike off for the work to begin. how lean to the TTRs run after installing an exhaust & airbox mod? I took the Bike for a quick ride & it didn’t sound like it was running lean, not sure if I’ll get a bigger jet insulation done before a ride next weeken, I wonder how hot they do run when they are in the leaner side….any thoughts?

Is it possible to fit an oil pressure switch to the TTR engine? Would be good to know if the oil pump is failing, before the engine melts down.

Any ideas on Spring rate calculations? I’m prob just under 75kg with full gear, I’m running a 20L tank, & max 20kg luggage with tools / spares. I’m going to work on 100kg - 105kg rider weigh, what rates for the springs you think are the ideal rate? cheers

I am very pleased with my 02 street legal TTR250.....with one exception. The forks are way too soft. The front end dives when you touch the front brake. I was told to run 4psi and that is what I am running. Can I buy spacers to make the springs stiffer, or buy stiffer springs? Thanks!
