Hello everyone! I have just joined then forum to seek some help with my TTR 250, i have been given my uncles one as its been sitting in our yards containers for many years now. Its a TTR 250 U.S Version and i cant get the motor to spin even when i have taken the battery off using jump leads directly to the start...

8 years ago today we were up the Flinders ranges, I had my XR400, my wife was on her XT225 & my mate Dave on his TT250R. This turned out to be the last ride on the XR400 as my wife said to get a bike with electric start, hence I bought the TTR the day after we got back. Both the XR & XT got sold off.

Moving the bikes around so I gave them a wipe over, the TTR is pretty good for a 10yr old bike with 22,500kms on the clock..Mf 10/2011 Will put rego on the old girl in two weeks & take it out for a run. Cheers Terry

Thought on this fine day I would swap the TTR back onto D606 tyres....I had this set on the TTR a while back, nothing worse than fitting used D606's they are are hard as bloody rock.Not a lot of fun but it's done now, might put rego on the TTR later this month & take her out again
