Hi all, I have pulled the carb out recently on a 2007 TTR250. I have seen a couple of pictures where people have said there is 2 O'Rings under the cover of where the diaphragm and needle are. Is this true for my model? As when I pulled it apart, none fell out. Perhaps they have perished completely? Tim
Does anyone know if applying plasti dip to a cracked carb diaphragm will work to seal pressure? I will eventually replace, but I just spent $75 on carb rebuild parts and don't want to spend another $35 just yet. I assume it would be best to apply to underside of diaphragm due to the suction. Does gas c...

I have some questions about the plastics. are the headlightcover and the sidepanels from a white model the same size and shape of the blue models? are that stickers on the white sidepanels on steve's site? And last: can you find the rearmudguard in white anywhere?
Hi There, At the moment the TTR shops supply of valve stem seals are out of stock, does anyone have any other recommendations of where I can get some? - I'd like to rebuild the bike over Christmas break so need them as soon as possible. Thanks Dan

She's old, she's not as pretty as she once was, but she still loves to play around: The Broomway, Essex. 7 miles of mud, sand, quicksand, unexploded ordinance and huge, huge grins.
This afternoon i picked up an WR450 exhaust for 50€ (brand new ,never used) Tonight i fitted it on the bike. Looks way better than the Original and sounds almost the same, loud pipes are fun but the fun is very soon gone in the neighbourhood and on the green lanes! To bolt the end to the frame i made a descent...
Well my TTR was for sale over the last few months after I bought a new WRR, the bike is in great shape but didn't sell & all part of my master plan. Told the wife I was going to pick the TTR up & because I was racking up way too many kms on the WRR I might take the TTR to the Flinders, pity as the WRR would be...
Hi Had a TTR some time ago, but didn't really get to use it, so looking to get one and get out there (finally!) New to off roading, but went to Brecon about 20 years ago with CSM Rider training on a staff jolly. Only an MTX125 but loved it, then life got in the way :) so looking forward to learning some skills. A...
Hello there I've owned this bike for quite a few years having bought it off a friend, It had regular use and then unfortunately the dreaded sprag clutch business happened and the bike sat in the garage for some while waiting to be fixed. Last year I replaced the sprag, idler gear, starter motor and the...
Ideally ready to go, but if the price reflects the condition, I don't mind if there's work required. But must have v5 matching numbers etc. Thank you in advance Nick
I ordered some parts that have been sent through hermes, they are almost 2 weeks in transit now :( I had to go to another store yesterday to buy( because the same parts don't get delivered) the most essential parts to get the bike up running again. Is there any other way to send parts from the UK to Belg...
Hello everyone! I just recently picked up a used 2000 ttr250 and I absolutely love the bike! Truth be told, it's my first dirt bike and or dual sport bike. I've always ridden cafe racer style Street bikes. What keeps the ttr250 from being able to handle some MX style jumps? The reason I ask, there is a...
I have a leak from the port at the right bottom of the bowl. Anyone know what this port is for? Is it supposed to the covered/blocked or something? I just did a full rebuild on the carb and most of the gaskets/rings/diaphragm/etc are new. According to receipts from the previous owner a dealer replaced th...
