Gday guys, Forgive me for my lack of mechanical apptitude. I have a leaking head gasket, very small and slow leak. I am going to take my bike to the mechanics to get that repaired, my bike runs sweet and has 6500 kilometres. Would it be worth getting a new piston and ring done when the head is off?

A group of us did some great trails in Normandy last week. We stayed at Paul Barons place who runs Dirt bike tours , had a great time , two of us riding TTRs. The little bikes never missed a beat and coped with everything we could throw at them from rocks to mud , steep slippery climbs and water.
