The speedo drive on the TTR can easily be stripped out and rebuilt.The photo below shows the parts involved and I am pretty sure the drive can't be dismantled further. i have a suzuki gt550 3 cyl 2 stroke it has been stood a few years i looked in the petrol tank & it was quite rusty can anyone recomend any cleaner to remove rust also do i have to remove the tap because it has a diaphragm it it also will it damage my paintwork many thanks john

good morning, i have got an m Reg ttr that I'm having issues with. Just replaced the battery and starter motor brushes.when I press the starter button I just get a clicking noise.it sounds like the starter is just jammed. am I looking at a new starter motor and where do I get one? thanks in advance Dean

Fitting a replacement bump stop can only be done after removing the shock absorber from the TTR. Clean the shock absorber as best you can to make it easier/nicer to work on.
