Hi All Feel like I'm hogging the new threads but have decided to replace the sprag clutch. Pulled off the 'Yamaha Cover' and noticed some small cracks around the base - see very average, out of focus photo. Should I replace the cover?

Mine has about 2mm of play in it. Gives a slight clunk when on the bike stand and I lift the swing arm. Can't see it move. I can feel it if I put my fingers around it. Should it have zero play up and down? Cheers Leigh.

hello Since I bought my bike 3 month ago I have the issue with grey smoke (not very much but still) while over 1/3 throttle and while deaccelerating after full throttel even more. i weigh 12 stone and ride mostly on road, is there a recommended suspension setting? if not what is the best method of achieving the perfect balance? i guess a special (shock) pump will be required for the front fork spring rate?

Ok, so vice grips, torch, and every other technique did not work. Here is a pic of the aftermath, now the bottom stud hole broke on the bottom side is there any way to have this welded, drilled and tapped?

Managed to extract link bolt from swing arm (see other thread) so now looking to refurb bushes etc . Has any one fitted a kit to this model ie all balls or Wemoto Slinky kit? Any recommends appreciated as wary of buying wrong kit for this model Its a 1994 250 raid 4GY import Cheers Folks
