i weigh 12 stone and ride mostly on road, is there a recommended suspension setting? if not what is the best method of achieving the perfect balance? i guess a special (shock) pump will be required for the front fork spring rate?

Ok, so vice grips, torch, and every other technique did not work. Here is a pic of the aftermath, now the bottom stud hole broke on the bottom side is there any way to have this welded, drilled and tapped?

Managed to extract link bolt from swing arm (see other thread) so now looking to refurb bushes etc . Has any one fitted a kit to this model ie all balls or Wemoto Slinky kit? Any recommends appreciated as wary of buying wrong kit for this model Its a 1994 250 raid 4GY import Cheers Folks
