out of all the parts that are in my engine (bought it disassembled), this is the only bit I cant identify. My manual hasn't arrived and I havent seen it in the parts schematic. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Benny

So many of the bolts I pull out of the engine have this odd chaulky white powder on them. Is this anti-seize from the factory? or oxidation? Should i use thread lock these or anti seize on these internal engine bolts like the bolts that hold the stator to the cover and the cable holds??
