Locky!- I have read your report (upto day 08)- it looks & sounds fantastic...You were taking the photographs right...they really set the scene...especially the well in the middle of nowhere!(ME2). I bet racing & meeting the desert trucks in Erfoud was fantastic!....writing reports (and editing) can be so time consuming; but you have me wanting more...so do the honourable thing!
Trouble is that after the recent expenses of this time of year my liquid assets have rather evaporated.
30 days (March onwards) is a long time and with no "time off" and no money it's a big NO for me.
I hope some other TTR rider will be more fortunate.
Good luck - I'll watch this one for sure.
Yuraku
...........I hope I don't fall below your expectations!...and fully understand your "liquid assets" issues.
I don't intend for it to be an enduro "last man standing" event- The filming will slow the process down considerably,,it will be down to the group to decide when to stop etc
It will be posted here ( assuming we return!)- or sign upto the youtube account that has a previous film trip on it.
Regards
Rod

...well done & thanks
Yes i took most of the photo's but we have many more to post, we also have a lot of video to edit that will be worth watching. The DL650's were the wrong bike for the trip, great on the road but very hard on Piste, such a heavy bike to keep picking up. At the end of the report will be lists of everything that we packed and lists of things we shouldn't have packed, we learnt a lot
