Hi after my post yesterday I found the problem wasn't the spragg clutch it was the woodruff key was snapped is this a common problem? Does anyone know the size?? I tried buying from ttr shop but can't pay by debit card and they seem a bit pricey

Does anyone happen to know if the purple / blue colour can be removed from the wheel rims of the OE model ? How can it be done and what would it leave underneath ? just pulled my ttr apart to fit sprag clutck but i have noticed no tdc mark on the flywheel all i have is a slot in same place as woodruph keyway at 12 oclock or a h i am assuming tdc is the woodrupk key slot at 12 oclock has any one got photos of tdc for when i do my tappets many thanks johnboy

i think i have found it what is the fix, check the photo. it looks as there are 4 wires in a plug running maybe into the starter? and it is leaking when engine is running not while sitting though. only when pressure is on. please tell me its a cheap fix, i can do the work i think

Dont know any history on this TTR , picked it up for the wheels and other items. Engine oil is full , but that could have been filled after the explosion. Barrels been honed and looks ok but im no mechanic. Any ideas what may have happend.
