Hey guys i bought a ttr250 :)
But it didnt have a carb on it :*(
Ive read a bit amd shopped around the oem carb is to rich for me.. so ive turned to the tm33 mikuni. Is there a certain set of cables i should buy along with it? Anyone please help! Thank you!
My advise is save up and get an original, I haven't touched mine in 3-4 years since I did the jet mod
Now it needs a clean out as it has a flat spot just above idle
You could try youtube but the hassles and issues with an after market unit could be a nightmare especially if the Mikuni is second hand.
also I doubt anyone here can advise you, were all running the stock carby as far as I know
Good luck with it though, be interesting to see the results if you go aftermarket.
