New handlebars

I want to replace the standard steel handlebar with a higher one.

Now I have risers of about 2cm I guess and the original handlebar, but it is bent.

how high can I go without changing the cables?

So which bars are a good match for the ttr ?( 22mm diameter)

They are as high as you can go without fitting longer cables, though the cables will be very tight and most people who but them buy these.
