I was running a 110/80 18 Pirelli MT43 for a few weeks, but didnt get on with it, its mostly grass, dry/wet dirt, boggy bits and the like i ride on, the Pirelli would just spin, i have now fitted a 120/90 18 Mitas C02.

 

All i can say is wow, fantastic grip at 15psi on all the terrain i ride on, it even did well on slick wet rocks going through water.

MT43 for the summer and slaty going - CO2 for general winter use and muddy going wink

Hi, I have just got one of those for the back of mine. What size chain and sprockets have you got fitted and what is your cruising speed on the road please?

Im still running the standard 14/44 sprockets, soon changing the front for a 13, i got 75mph on sunday, but its happier at 60mph.
