Sticking valve noise/ symtoms ???

Has anyone tried "redex" or similar addative to the fuel to lubricate valve guides.. Im still trying to pinpoint that noise from the top end.. Cam chain is worn abit and has that wooshing sound when running hot or cold...so is being replaced soon.. But this noise is a (rattle or tapping) that isnt there...

Just an idea, how about a sub forum just for product reviews. Users could leave feed back on products they use or have tested. Opinions on stuff like bike gear, eg tyres, hydration packs, gear bags, helmets, gloves, goggles etc. I see there is one for GPS helmet cams etc but that topic is a bit limited....
