Compression test results - not sure if they are okay?

I just did a compression test on my bike for the first time.

Here's a video of the first test: https://youtu.be/hdntwR44xtA

And here's another video of a second test after putting some engine oil in the cylinder: https://youtu.be/yg6BeBRXtZA

The compression builds a lot faster after adding the oil and the final reading is much higher - does this mean I need to change the piston / rings?

Thanks, would you recommend not riding it until they are done or is it not that urgent?

keep eye on engine oil check do not let it run out of oil but enjoy riding it until you can afford repair if it keeps smoking burning oil keep topping it up & enjoy
