got a mighty ttr a few months ago and its just mint ay
i plan on doing some stage 1 mods shortly - airbox, jetting, exhaust - seems most aftermarket pipes such as fmf , staintune, akrapovic etc are sold out everywhere and unavailable.
i am wondering if there are any gracious earth citizens out there can help a brutha out with a power core 4 fmf for the 02 ttr250. either selling one or has the know-how on navigating the dark recesses of the interwebs!
I'm down south a bit in NSW , i have a staintune on mine, light but a tad loud on longer rides. i have a brand new original muffler in the shed I keep going to put back on but its pretty heavy so I stop at that .
the best part of the staintune exhaust is its lighter and not as bulky. I got more gain by cleaning up the weld inside the engine end of the header than putting the muffler on .
if I was to set it up again id still go the staintune and clean up the weld . I just find it a bit loud .

I've heard a few people recommending the staintune
I'd get one myself if they were currently manufacturing them for the ttr. Noise for me is not an issue because I'm in my early 20s and enjoy being a public nuisance lol.
I ended up ordering a dominator mx2 from Poland
I haven't taken stock exhaust off yet but I've read that people remove the restricter from the arse end of the header. How did you go about cleaning up the welds?
I'll update on the bike once the new pipe is fitted in a few weeks, going to get a roady and rego before I mod it just in case
The restrictor if it's still in its basicly a washer welded into the end of the header it's just a matter of cutting a bit of the end . The weld up front can be tidied up with a half round file and patience or quicker somthing like a Dremel rotary tool
