I have been asked if an oil cooler has a valve to stop the oil going back down, any of you lot who have one could answer please? I can't see that it does have one, think the oil just gets pumped around it when the bike is running ?

No non-return valve in the oil cooler. Oil does seem to stay in there unless the bike has been standing for ages.

Which oil cooler did you use? One of the ebay ones?
