Another "No Spark" thread. Help!

I recently purchased a '99 TTR250 with a no start problem. Turns out its not getting a spark. Today I took to diagnosing the problem. I have been searching the forums for the past couple of days trying to find a solution, but no luck.

Things that tested fine:

Main fuse

Battery

Starter

Starter Relay

Main Switch

Clutch switch

Stator

Ignition Coil

Spark plug & Boot

Kill switch

ON/OFF Steering switch

Handlebar switch

Things that failed:

Diode (S3H-02)

Pickup Coil

The pickup coil doesnt seem to give me a reading so I suspect that failed. Also the diode near the battery failed.

I am also not seeming to get 12v to the CDI(R/B wire). Is that always powered when the bike is on, and hat provides power to that wire?

I've had some change the sprag whilst I was away from home and they routed the stator cable incorrectly. Later somebody changed the front sprockets and pinched a cable. Two weeks later I started getting an intermittent spark, then later nothing. It took a while to realise but it was something silly like that rather than a component.
