That would be a yes bar the kickstart that comes on all near all the blue tank plastic tanked bikes and the Speedo pickup on the sprocket on the raid model

Both the metal tanked models, Raid and Open Enduro, have the speedo drive on the front sprocket. If you are putting a 2000+ motor into a pre 2000 bike, you will have to make other arrangements for the speedo!
Early bikes have fewer clutch plates, and the crank case breather exits from the crankcase (on "Blue" bikes it exits from the camshaft cover)
Basically though, as Martin says, they are more or less interchangeable.
