Hello! I'm after a left hand side engine cover (the bit that houses the starter assembly) as mine has been smashed to bits by the starter assembly losing a tooth. Would also entertain a full bottom end if available- always useful!

I was waiting over a year for new ones to come in and gave up I have heard they may be available again, will check with my supplier.

Also check my used parts, but think they have all been sold.

Yes- I had a look in used but all sold out. I did find this one one eBay from Japan but as is the way with these things, i guess you don't know if they actually have it in stock, how long it'll take or how much import duty you'll have to pay. Everything Ive ordered direct from Japan previously has been a bit of a pain.

Plus needing the intermediate gear too, it might be more fruitful and helpful in the long term to have a full bottom end spare.

I'm in the same boat as you Johny- I have no idea what they should go for in all honesty, i'm relatively new to the TTR world. Is it just a bottom end? How complete is it? Does it have a starter included too?

no starter motor head & barrell removed getting like rocking horse poo these days or fleebay from states plus big postage & import duty i will not let it go for peanuts it will stay under bench for another 10 years

Yeah don't blame you at all for not wanting to sell. As you say, better to have it and not need it than not have one when you need it!

I've got a bottom end somewhere at home. There's a crack in it somewhere but can't remember were. When I get home I'll check and let you know.
