Hi All

Sad news this one cry

Due to a high volume of orders being returned to me from Europe, I have suspended any European orders using their local postal network for the moment.

I am trying to see how to get this resolved.

For now I can only send using UPS and not the local postage sytem.

If any customers in  Europe are wishing to order parts , please contact Steve or Lisa via Email    sales@totallyttrs.com and I can get a UPS shipping quote for you.

Apologies, but it's a pain we could all do without.

Bad news indeed Steve cry

I think we are very lucky in the UK to have a good local postal service, the Royal Mail.

We have stopped sending parcels and cards to my son & family in Spain as they never arrive let alone get delivered. A box of Christmas presents was returned to us 3 months later as not being collected from the local Spanish post office despite my daughter-in-law checking regularly for mail cry

My orders typically arrive at my door in the USA in 7-10 days.  My order a couple weeks ago took 8 days to arrive so your shipping process to the USA is working well.

Oz, Usa Canada and all the other countries outside Europe are not a problem, last package to America took just 3days, via UPS express !

One of my Irish customers has signed up to this service

Aparentley they deal with all the custom fees and paperwork and being in the UK, easy for me to send to them. I think it is easy to set up an account with them??

Happy to do this for anyone else in europe, just send me an email of parts required and I will help.
