hi folks,

Has anyone vapour blasted their engine or can offer any advice on the pros and cons?

Vapor blasting gives a lovely finish but I think it uses glass beads.

You would need to block the oilways as, despite careful and thorough cleaning after blasting, the beads persist. So best not to let them in the oilways in the first place.

Soda blasting is safer in my opinion.

OOI, how will you finish the engine  polished aluminium, paint or powder coat?
