Bike stalling and running rough

I'm not much of a mechanic but I can replace stuff, about 2 years ago I took this apart to restore and it kinda got stalled, and now I got a rebuilt kit and changed all the parts in the carb. But it's still running very rough,it smooths out for a sec but stalls right after. Please help me

Ohh my how stupid am I, I was just curious if I have a problem with my carb, so when I opened it, the idle jet has dropped into the bowl :D fixed it back, but I clearly remember tighning it up the first time,so I was wondering if I should use locktight with the aftermarket rebuild kits?

On side note I saw that the carb is missing the baffle plate,is this a problem for daily ridding?
Also the airbox isn't sealing up completely to the carb,is there a special trick to make it seal up?

BE CERTAIN the threads make good contact with carb body when installing jets with NO locktite in my opinion UNLESS instructions require (I doubt it). Thread size matters!

Air box: maybe get it in the sun to soften it up, but if it leaks, it's a NO GO ?

Happy Trails
