I don't know if GYTR mufflers are still available, until recently they still showed up online via Yamaha, can't find them now. You could try TK pipes or Barrett mufflers both Australian made.

Mason racing Developments in Aus sell a stainless muffler for the TTR250 too, like a staintune $495 AUS. Nice looking muffler see below.  Six week wait ATM.

May be an image of exhaust pipe

Shorty header pipes from totally TTRs are worthwhile too.

If you open up the airbox as well there is a good performance gain overall combined with the exhaust. With the snorkle out it breathes better but you are vulnerable to water ingress from deep puddles/river crossings. I now run a Bunnings 90 degree downpipe elbow in the top of my airbox as a snorkel, its bigger area breathes better but seems to keep the water at bay too.

Cheers, staintune exhausts weights just as much as stock by the looks, & the only gain is Db’s

It seams like there is no stock on anything good, was hoping for a gytr but looks like till modify a yz250f exhaust possibly

Rtw1day, I posted up a review of the T4-Pro Circuit exhaust a while back, big weight saving if you come across one of those for sale ttr250.activeboard.com/t67756508/ttr250-aftermarket-exhaust-review-pro-circuit-t4/
