but it still managed to consume bet part of £700, just need to choose some tyres.

Thank-you to Steve @ Totallyttrs.com and Brian Sussex for master cylinder assistance 👍

Happy with the 14.52 gearing and standard Renthal height, I'm 5'8.

Upped the fork oil to 5w and added an extra 15mm to the level.  Only ridden on the road do far which feels fine, need to get on the trail to evaluate properly.

Looks better than new Andy - great job biggrin

Did you swap out the original steel swingarm for the OE aluminium one?

Brian

No, it's the original steel one powder coated and sprayed a good helping of ACF50 inside!  Thought about it, but wanted it to be as standard as possible.   I had to oval the rear chain guide screw hole a touch to allow for the 52T sprocket.  Winding roads heated grips fitted via a relay and tapped in to the delayed headlight live so they're off prior to starting.  They do stay on if you stall mind you.  Need to source a headlight guard next and that's about it.

Money well spent.  I don't think you've heard the last from Mr Robbins either!  Had his frame in my boot on Friday fresh from the powder coaters.  Looks well nice.
