Question For Those That Wear Glasses
Permalink

I’ve been wearing glasses for a while, which now that I’m going to be wearing a helmet on the bike, poses the obvious question.

As a condition on my licence to drive cars and trucks, I have to wear glasses. I'll have to do the same when I get my riders licence.

I’ve seen enduro helmets with drop down visors which include sun visors in them, read about goggles designed to go over the top of glasses (OTG’s), and seen riders wearing just their glasses, but keen to know what members have tried and ended up finding as their best solution.

Keen to see what members who wear glasses do.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Steve. I drive with only glasses without goggles. I have a low peak. But I only drive in terrain where the speed is max 60 km / h

Have a look at Adventure helmets, they tend to have a little more room inside the helmet. Guys I ride with that wear glasses all use the Adventure helmets...The have peaks, vents for the warm days, most are pinlock ready & they don't look out of place on a dual sport.

Cheers Terry
