I’m thinking of putting the engine in in my ttr250 oe. I’ve got a good friend who likes beer and playing with welding rods ! But he said I need wireing loom does anybody know if Xt 350 r the same as tt 350 ? Because there’s a whol bike on eBay Xt 350 cheap ! And wireing looms are so much easier to get hold of than a. Tt350 ?
I believe the tt and xt are the same engine, just different frames and suspension, so an xt loom ought to work with a tt motor (cdi, coil etc) Might be easier to splice in a tt/xt 350 cdi to your ttr loom? I've never looked closely at them though, other than the engine spec for the ttr350 big bore conversion.
