as i have not had a single call on the bike i assume folk either think its over priced or just at the moment folk are not buying anyway it is now not for sale will continue using it and hopefully get more used to the to me odd handling, john
I think you're at the upper end of the price scale for an Open Enduro, even though you've obviously put a lot into it. Non standard (but very sexy shape) tank might not help, but we are in a strange market time at the moment for sure.
What is odd about the handling? I note the forks are a long way down the triples. Is there a lowering link on the back too?
thanks for the replies situation with the forks is they are through by about an inch there is no lowering link but the shock is wound down to compensate for the difference in height at the front the issue isnt steering or tracking its simply that the ****pit is very short when riding my arms are very bent the bars are pushed forward as much as is reasonable and standing on the pegs even with the balls of feet mean to balance i am virtually over the bars just dosent seem right my old xr was just perfect and i guess i am jst too ld to really adapt to the newer designs as for the seat prior to fitting the larger tank was perfect but the front now is not quite a perfect fit there are pictures of it on a thread about fitting the tank the lanbs wool seat just helps with comfort as i ride to work on the bike every day so it has to be all things to all men.
