Google translator Friends. I have MH 4T 125 Motorhispania at home. Yamaha XT 125 engine. I started to unscrew it to clean the carburetor. After removing the tank, I see that instead of a tap there is something (what is it ??? on the photo at the top metal round) with 2 rubber tubes and 1 wire. The hose is for the fuel gauge, 1 carburetor tube and 2 rubber tubing at the cylinder. What is she for? Is it possible to assemble a regular tap with 1 pipe and do not do this to the rubber between the carburetor and the cylinder? Sorry, maybe these are stupid questions. But I only know old constructions.mh jacy.jpgzbiornik-gaznik podłaczenie m..JPG

It is a vacuum operated fuel tap. When the engine starts, the suction of the intake opens the fuel valve to let fuel into the carburettor.
If you can find a normal tap to fit the tank, you can. Then block the pipe on the inlet duct.
