Octane matters?

Do any of you all use octane boosters or racing gas? I just use premium high octane with some marvel mystic gas preservatives.

I don't, i'm not all that sure i'd know the difference any way. I'm not able to go fast enough due to running out of talent at high speed!

I'm no expert but it's my understanding that a higher octane gas actually has less 'enery-power'. Mostly a higher octane gas is for a higher compression engine.

I use 91 octane... motor runs fine  so on it...

there is 2 scales for measuring octane so 91 here could be

a different rating in other country's...
